I decided during COVID-19 it would be a good idea to replace my old grout. After removing less than 1/4 of my grout myself and realizing the possibility of never finishing the project because it was terrible...we found Jason and Grout Works. Not only were they a savior to my old grout they were extremely professional and a true pleasure to work with. They were professional, on time, and explained the entire process. My wife found Grout Works San Antonio through a friend at work who was really happy with their service. Admittedly, I was a little hesitant getting grout cleaned as I’ve never had it done before. I was all set to just replace our old grout and tile and be done with it. But after seeing the massive cost replacing our old tile and grout would be, I was willing to give Grout Works San Antonio a try. Anything to save a dollar these days really helps. So my wife and I called Jason with Grout Works San Antonio and boy am I glad we did. The Grout Works San Antonio crew showed up on time, they were very respectful to my wife and I and they finished on time. The tile & grout in our 3 bathrooms looks like it did the day we moved in and I spent 1/4 the cost of replacing it. I would highly recommend Grout Works San Antonio to all my friends and family. I am a first time home owner and looked this business up. They were recommended by my tile company that did my install, and I researched them online. They get 5 star reviews everywhere. They were easy to reach, and more accommodating in getting me my estimate. Jim's tile did a great job on the install, but Grout Works hit a GRAND SLAM on cleaning, sealing my tile. I couldn't be happier. They do a fantastic job and are fairly priced. I highly recommend this company, to anyone with new or used flooring.

Dane came out and regrouted our glass blocks in our master bath and filled in divots in our travertine tile. He had quoted a reasonable price for the job. The grout color he chose works perfectly with our tile in our shower and he did a great job with the grout lines. Everything looks neat and straight now. He also did a great job with the travertine tile. Dane was very informative on how to maintain the travertine tile and how to keep the glass blocks clean. We are truly delighted with the services we received!

These guys are the real deal. Honest, fair, and great friendly folks to work with. They sealed my grout a year ago, and it still looks clean and new. I had some craked tiles replaced, they returned and sealed under warranty. Sealing my grout was a great decision and money well spent. And picking this company was the best decision to have it done. Update: 2 years since sealed, and my light colored grout is still light colored. Such a great investment!
